what will happen if it rains on the day?

A.

We will be informed by Towac park management if we are unable to run the Camels on track so will let you know as soon as possible what decision they make. At this time though we are continuing to progress with the Camel Race Day.
Additionally the stall and entertainment site locations will be forwarded to stall holders by Saturday afternoon.
Stall holders are unable to enter the back entrance to the site (Ploughmans Lane) until 8am. This has come at the request from Towac Park Management.

Is there any dress code?

This is your chance to have some fun regardless of age and dress up.
There's no dress code and please dress up within reason as it is a family fun day event.
There is a Fashion Dress Up competition which means you can be as creative as you like with your dress up outfit. For the best dresses child- boy and girl and best dressed adult male and female.
You can see the Camp Quality child laughing at that right now so have fun with your outfits children like fun!

What time gates open?

Gates open at 9:00 am.

What is the entry fee?

A.

$10.00 entry per adult and $5.00 for aged pensioners .Children under 16yrs accompanied by an adult get in for free. Adult supervision is required for children to keep this event safe.

Is Parking available?

Parking is available at the front entry point of Towac Park.

Is it an alcohol free event?

A.

No but Alcohol is available only from midday on.
